Services2nri.com. provides this service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS") that may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition to this, you shall be subject to the operating rules / policies applicable to individual services on Services2nri.com which may be posted from time to time. Services2nri may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of Terms of Service Services2nri.com ("Service") is owned and operated by Services 2 NRI hereinafter referred to as "SERVICES2NRI". Services2nri.com, the service shall hereinafter be referred to as "S2NRI". This Service is provided to you ("Member") under the Terms of Service ("TOS") and any operating rules or policies that may be published on S2NRI which comprises the entire agreement between Member and SERVICES2NRI and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. By completing the registration process and clicking the "CREATE MY ACCOUNT" button, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms of service of the agreement.
Description of Service SERVICES2NRI is providing Member with a facility to get any required task in India completed through professional means from anywhere in the world via this service S2NRI. SERVICES2NRI reserves the right to charge Member or their Parents/Friends/Relatives for this Service as per the tariff structure provided on S2NRI. Member must: (1) provide all equipment, including a computer and modem, necessary to establish a connection to the World Wide Web; (2) provide for own access to the World Wide Web and pay any telephone service fees associated with such access.
In consideration for this Service, Member agrees to: (1) provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about Member as prompted to do so by the Service and (2) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. All information requested on original sign up shall be referred to as registration data ("Registration Data") (3) Provide correct and accurate information so as to enable S2NRI to deliver services as requested by Member. All information requested for executing task requests shall be referred to as Order related data ("Order Data").
Furthermore, Member grants SERVICES2NRI the right to disclose to third parties certain Registration Data about Member and Service membership in the aggregate; however, such disclosures will exclude Member's name, mailing address, email address, account and phone number, unless: (1) Member expressly directs S2NRI, or any other person Member may specifically designate to disclose such information through the Service as provided by the Service or (2) SERVICES2NRI is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process served on SERVICES2NRI. If any information provided by Member is inaccurate, SERVICES2NRI retains the right to terminate Member's S2NRI membership and Agreement to use the Service.
Services 2 NRI as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time..
Modifications to Terms of Services SERVICES2NRI may change the terms of service of the Agreement from time to time, without notice to the Member. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time.
Member's continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative: (1) acknowledgment by Member of the Agreement and its modifications; and (2) agreement by Member to abide and be bound by the Agreement and its modifications.
Modifications to any Services: SERVICES2NRI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service S2NRI with or without notice to Member. SERVICES2NRI shall not be liable to Member or any third party should SERVICES2NRI exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service S2NRI.
