Document Procurement - Non Availability of Birth Certificate

Non-Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC) is issued for unregistered Births. NABC is an official document stating that the birth records of a particular person is not available. They may mention a reason for unavailability in that statement too. NABC is generally not required anywhere in India and the municipal offices are aware of this fact. S2NRI will make thorough search of official records on the basis of DATE OF BIRTH AND applicant’s parent name at the Municipality/Government authority. Where the birth is not registered NABC will be issued by the authorities, however personal presence of the applicant is needed to apply for NABC. Also NABC is not issued in most of the places and in those places S2NRI would recommend the applicant to procure Birth Identity Certificate which is then Apostiled by Ministry of External Affairs - Government of INDIA. S2NRI may require an authorization letter from applicant in favor of S2NRI to request for NABC. S2NRI will scan an image of the certificate and send it via email, where physical delivery is needed within India, S2NRI will send it by courier Free of cost, and international courier will be charged extra.


S2NRI facilitates procurement of documents from INDIA and cannot be held responsible for any mistakes/errors in name. S2NRI will endeavor its best efforts to get the document issued in English, however S2NRI will not be responsible for the issuance of document in vernacular language. S2NRI cannot be held responsible for any bureaucratic delays or delays due to insufficient or delayed information/documentation provided by the client.
