For your convenience, we have listed some of the most common requests we have come across on our website. The list is meant to assist you in getting an idea of tasks we can fulfill. If you do not find your task listed, just go ahead and place your request on Just Ask us, with complete details, and we should be able to handle it. If for any reason we cannot handle your request, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund for the service fee paid, if any. In addition, we will try to have a dialogue with you so you have some other way of getting your task done.
At present, we provide you services in all major cities in INDIA, however, we are in the process to start providing our services in all cities in INDIA.
Once you are registered as a member with our service and have placed a request with us, you can login to your 'My Account' on our website anytime and check the status of your order. You will also receive email alerts whenever a status update is made to our order by our customer service personnel. We have provided a simple mechanism on our website for you to communicate and exchange messages with our Client Relationship Managers.
Some requests may require a Power of Attorney e.g., Buy / Sell a property on your behalf in India. In such a case, you can either opt to provide a power of attorney in our favour or of your family members / close relatives. Our legal team will assist you in drafting the power of attorney and the procedures to make it a valid legal document.
We charge a fixed fee for certain standard tasks. However, in cases where the exact cost of executing the task cannot be predetermined accurately, you will need to pay the service fee at the time of placing your request. Then our customer service will revert to you with a quote after due estimation, based on which you can pay online.
We do not have an in-house legal team, but we have aligned ourselves with legal experts that will provide opinion and counsel on any legal matters.
