Inaugurating the 13^th Pravasi Bharitiya Divas on Thursday, 8^th January at Mahatma Mandir at Gandhinagar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed over 4000 NRIs from 58 countries.

‘Education is the most powerful tool which you can use to change the world,’ said Nelson Mandela. And this is a fact. Emphasis on improved educational facilities is therefore gaining priority. Efforts are being made in majority of the countries to uplift their education sector and also get in synch with the level of education in the world.

The Supreme Court on Monday had advised the Central Government to allow the Non-Residential Indians (NRIs) to vote in 8 weeks. NRI is a 25 million strong community, second largest immigration community after the Chinese.
